If you've ever wanted to dine like a Royal but aren't sure where to start, then look no further. 

New research by Coffee Friends reveals the five London restaurants and bars that are favoured by the Royal Family. 

Taking into account ratings and reviews from visitors on TripAdvisor, the restaurants selected on offer, are favourites among the likes of the Queen and Kate Middleton, after calculating their excellence percentage.

Royal Family's favourite restaurants in London:

Dean Street Townhouse

Rating: 4.5/5

The number one stop on the list is given to the exclusive Dean Street Townhouse in Soho London which has an excellent rating of 68% and it's even the spot where Harry and Meghan had their first date. 

But it is a private members club, so you'll need to get hold of an exclusive membership first.

Bellamy’s Restaurant

Rating: 4.5/5

Next up is Bellamy’s Restaurant in Mayfair which is known to be a firm favourite of Her Majesty, where she regularly frequented alongside Prince Philp and Princess Anne.

It has a 4.5/5 rating on TripAdvisor and serves a variety of dishes ranging from Whitebait, Cheese Croquettes and Crab Salad, to classics such as Steak Tartare and Sea Scallops à la planche.

Quaglino’s

Rating: 4/5

This European restaurant is the spot where the Queen became the first Royal to dine out in public back in 1956, and it has since become associated with the Royals.

The brassier style has a range of exotic food from Caviar, truffle, Herefordshire beef fillet, line-caught cod and much more. 

The Hollywood Arms

Rating: 4/5

Next, is Chelsea based The Hollywood Arms which has a 4/5 rating and is best known for being Prince Harry's drinking spot when he was a singleton and it has even seen Kate Middleton walk through the doors. 

She's been spotted enjoying a few drinks with the parents of children who go to the same school as Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Dans Le Noir

Rating: 4/5

Last but by far not least is Dans Le Noir in Farringdon which is famous for providing its customers with a unique one-of-a-kind dining experience. 

The upmarket restaurant has previously hosted Kate and the future King William for one of their many date nights in the capital.
