DR PETER CRITTEN It is with great sadness that we announce that our beloved father Dr Peter Critten passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday 19th June aged 79. He was surrounded by love. He will be greatly missed but his spirit will never die.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr Peter Critten when we were both at Middlesex University, A very passionate advocate for work-based learning, deeply insightful poet, generous with his time and knowledge, and above all compassionate to all his students and colleagues. His spirit will live on in everyone who knew him and loved him. Dr Jolanta Jagiello

So sad to hear this news. I have the honour of working with Peter in the Middlesex University’s Work Based Learning (WBL) programmes in Hong Kong in the early 2000s. Peter is the gurus in WBL and a respected colleague who is always keen to support and develop others. I value his advice, wisdom and friendship. He will be sorely missed, and my deepest condolences to his family. RIP. Raymond Fok
